In the project we realized INGSTEEL implementation of the system measure and launched an active use of controlling.

Tangible benefits for society Ingsey consider the following:

• information from accounting and other records must unite in one system
• the information is made available to individual managers through a structured and transparent reporting
• they automate the controlling algorithms and calculations
• the company began using the drive controlling information
• it increased the importance of controlling and povedomenie
• it began to implement a system to assign actual costs to individual buildings
• we streamline the preparation of information for decision making
